Cancellations

You have the option to cancel your order and receive a complete refund if your product has not yet been shipped and you haven't received the shipment confirmation. If this applies to your situation, please inform us promptly.

Once your product has been shipped, cancelling your order is no longer an option. However, you can still return your items. Regrettably, we are unable to refund your original shipping cost, unless the return was due to an error on our part. For more details, please refer to the Return or Refund section below.

 

Return Policy

Your satisfaction with your purchase is our priority, and we apologize if it falls short of your expectations. We're more than willing to facilitate returns for any items bought from us. To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the invoice date for online orders.
  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Original receipts must be included.
  • Items must have been originally purchased from our shop.
  • Send your receipt to "info@harmonynippon.com" for your returns.

If none of the aforementioned conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any refund claims, even if the items have been returned to us by mail.

We do not cover the shipping fees for returns. Refunds will be processed back to the credit card used for the purchase, excluding any shipping fees. If the original purchase included "Free Shipping," the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Exchanges

Harmony Nippon only replaces items in the event that they are defective or damaged upon arrival, or if they become defective within 7 days of receipt.

The arrival date will be recorded in our system upon your signing for delivery. If the requests made after this 7-day period will be considered invalid.

We cover the shipping costs for returns and redelivery if the products are defective or incorrect by us.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to confirm its arrival. Subsequently, we'll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund process will commence, and the credited amount will be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe. For instance, if you made the payment via credit/debit card, it may take up to 30 days to reflect. Alternatively, if PayPal was used, you can expect the refund within 3-5 working days.

Refunds are applicable solely to products, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, you will be responsible for covering all shipping expenses, including both initial delivery and return. Consequently, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, we are unable to refund any taxes, duties, or other charges that you may have incurred when placing your order.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please begin by checking your bank account again. Following this, we recommend contacting your credit card company as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

 

Shipping Policy


Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $35 within the U.S. For international shipping, additional fees apply to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Please note: We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or any other international locations outside of those listed above.

If you ship internationally, the customer may incur additional duties and import taxes upon receiving their shipment. In some countries, these fees must be paid before customs will release the package. If the customer refuses to pay the duties and taxes, causing the package to be returned, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
